24/7 Maintenance & Technical Support for your Software and Hardware and Equipment Replacement through AVIT Repair Center 

AVIT technically support the systems of Airport implemented projects such as: CUTE, BRS, FIDS, AODB as well as providing maintenance to our clients’ infrastructure, such as PC’s, printers, monitors, etc…. 
 In addition to this, we got the capability to assign a resident engineer in our clients’ desired fields; we have also got the most qualified engineers to deal with complaints through our ServiceDesk, service available 24 hours a day. Last but not least, AVIT maintenance service is enforced by spare parts of installed equipments through utilizing the capabilities of AVIT New Repair Center.

A- AVIT Service Desk:
Improved Process for a Better Customer Service Facility


AVIT has successfully established a new upgrading for its Maintenance and Technical Support Service which contributed to facilitating the call handling procedures while offering 24/7 Customer Support.


AVIT Service Desk Advantages:

  • AVIT dedicated call center will eliminate any chance of having an abandoned call for customers of the airport since there would always be an agent on demand receiving inquiries, requests and troubleshoots, classifying them and escalating problems to the responsible engineers to take necessary action.
  • AVIT Service Desk new facility would enable the tracing of customers’ problems including problem repetition, time taken to solve the problem as well as the solution derived so that all customers could effectively manage and monitor the performance of their assets.
  • Having a record for each customer would enable the Service Desk Team to provide a better service through being pro-active about the problems that might face their customers and have a fast response towards any trouble shooting afterwards.

Service Accessibility:

Customers could either contact the Service Desk through the Service Desk Number 6960696 or simply send their problems or inquiries to the Service Desk by e-mail to hd@avit.com.eg (including customer’s name, phone number, address as well as problem description) and the call would be replied back with the same efficiency. 


Obtaining Customers Feedback: 

Customers are able to send any suggestions or recommendations that contribute to improving the service by sending an e-mail to the Service desk at hd_support@avit.com.eg 


Supporting Software and Equipments:

  • An IP phone has already been installed and tested at Cairo International Airport Terminal 1 with an extension number 1622. The IP Phone that connects directly to the Service Desk acts as a Hot Line between the customer and the Service Desk Agent who immediately replies the call and takes the necessary action.
     
  • Dedicated extension numbers would be available for the external airports to facilitate contact with the Service Desk without the need to subscribe for an external line.


B- AVIT Repair Center:

A new Repair Center by AVIT is now available and connected to the Service Desk to serve efficiently for equipment repair and immediate replacement for any Hardware equipments that need to be fixed.
