Operations & Maintenance:

Aiming at optimizing the performance of systems, networks and equipments (such as PC’s, printers, etc…), AVIT is committed to keep the information appliance, instruments and their components upgraded to ensure their efficiency. Moreover, we provide on-site maintenance, which reduces associated costs and keeps up with the service delivery 24 hour a day.

Practicing predictive maintenance, decreases odds of systems failure & equipments damage. As we are the main supplier of delivered devices, we’re the best in practicing preventive maintenance, as well as dealing with major problems occurred due to misuse & unawareness of appropriate utilization.

Technical Support:

Support is one of the most pivotal aspects of any IT installation. AVIT understands that a strong commitment to technical and operational support is one of our major obligations to our clients.
Our skilled engineers and technologists provide assurance that systems will run efficiently and reliably.
We offer a variety of service options tailored to the precise needs of each client.


To ensure that the designed and implemented systems run efficiently, our skilled software and hardware technicians provide operational and technical computer and information technology support including:

  • Database management and frequent backup procedures instruction.
  • Software patch, fix and new release installations. 
  • Liaison with software manufacturer support for problem resolution. 
  • User group session conduct and feedback of shortcuts and system                    enhancements.
Aiming to further develop and improve our Technical Support Service provided by AVIT for SITA Projects at the Egyptian Airports (Cute, BRS, FIDS and LDCS) as well as our esteemed clients from the Ministry of Civil Aviation or those from Tourism companies and handling agents, AVIT has successfully established a new upgrading for this service which contributed to facilitating the call handling procedures while offering 24/7 Customer Support.

This was achieved through AVIT Service Desk  which was opened in May 2005 to support the above mentioned projects at Cairo International Airport Terminals 1 & 2 as well as CCC to be extended furthermore to cover the exterior airports.
